This is a very nice poem, very evocative with powerful imagery. I do have one suggestion though.

Now time has wrapped us in older bones - I would have thought we were filled with older bones, or maybe wrapped in older skin. Just an idea.

Mine is tucked away in memories of the one I loved and was called home long before I was ready for him to go. Living in the country I have walked through fields like these and let my mind drift. Beautiful poem.
