Each of your stanza's created a very visual picture.

Well, I can most certainly relate as the winter storms here in northern Michigan call for wearing socks and more!
Love the images you create in your well-crafted verse.
The rhythm of your offering flows easily/naturally.
I had visions of my grandfather reciting this piece = wonderful!

Hi, excellent piece in poetic form. Keep it up! Anything to do with cold weather usually send chills down my spine. Have never experienced a snow environment but I can imagine the terrible moments. Creative work in few words and good English command.
