I always feel like any poem or story that talks about a cat should be a children's story or poem. Add on rhyming and I start picturing chubby, sour pus faces with pointed ears. Fat cats rarely chase anything. Hopefully this cat will exercise and continue catching rats. Gretchen

That's what cats do... locate that mouse/rat, toy with it a bit and then consume it.

What a clever rat that came along and cleared all signs of the rat away. They are certainly great natural enemies of all rodents, some females I know wouldn't go to the loo if the knew there was a rat there. Well done, good luck in the contest. Blessings Roy
