For sure. It is a promise He made to all of us. We are so blessed to have been created by a God of love. Self, i measure by the Prodigal Son. You did well with this, Sandy. Good to life our Saviour up.

Thank you, Chuck, for reading my poem, and the lovely comments. I don't think I could have fallen any lower after my dear brother died. But God is always there, watching over us. Thanks, dear friend.

I went to look for your last published book, but couldn't find it. I remembered you saying it is published in your real name this time. Can you tell me what it is again, and the book title? I want to buy it because I missed reading it on here. Love you lots, my friend. :)) Sandy xx

No, Jesus never leaves us for a second. If you stop to find Him, you'll feel His presence. What a wonderfully written poem. Good luck in the contest!
Have a great day, and God bless.

Thank you so much, Mike. What a lovely review, I'm glad you liked it. It's true what you say, that if you stop to find Him, you will feel Him nearby. Thank you for the good luck wishes! Warmest hugs, Sandra xx

Incredibly moving, Sandra, both in form and message.
It only takes a moment to share our grief with Him, and in a moment one's soul and faith is restored. How well I know... (And just in passing, I, too, have penned a Minute poem for the contest on this very subject, but will be posting when I have the funds to do so...)
Again, I so appreciate the sentiments in your exceptionally well-crafted offering.

Thank you for sharing,
Fondly,
diane

Thank you somuch, Diane, I shall keep my eyes open for yours. I seldom enter contests, but I thought I'd try this one. It costs nothing and I'm trying to get back into writing more poems. I'm really happy you liked mine. Warmest hugs, my friend. Sandra xx

    My pleasure, Sandra!
I'm getting back to writing more prose; it's been far too long!

    Oh goodness, Sandra!
My "Minute Poem" is actually a 3/6/9!
Better clean my glasses this morning!
    Too funny!

LOL!!! I thought I was the only one on here that got things wrong! Welcome to my club, Diane!! Lol.

    Oh! Sandra!
    If you only knew!
But I kept looking at my 3/6/9 and thinking to myself, "Well, what the heck? This isn't even close to a Minute Poem, and then I realized, indeed, it wasn't!"

    Onward!

This minute poem, He Came to Me, has the proper formatting and speaks about the astounding time that a soul discovers and becomes friends with God. Nice.

Thank you, Bill. It's my first proper minute poem. I did write one a while ago, but I found it quite confusing working out that three stanzas of 20 syllables each made one minute!! Mine was, One minute, plus 20 seconds! lol. Did I feel a fool! Thank you, my friend. Sandra xx
