I found this write illustrating many well structured features, finding a strong poetic foundation, deposited delighting tib bits for its reader enjoyment. I do hold a probable suggestion: And are also of aging to old. Just a thought. Beautiful.

Your contest entry was great, Debi. I loved
reading it. The rhymes worked well. The
image and color scheme were enjoyable, too.
I liked how each season had its own verse.
Each f those expressed your thoughts and
feelings well about your faith. Your lines read
smoothly with and created great imagery. The
video was a perfect choice to add another layer
to your work, It was easy to understand what your
faith means to you. One cannot choose when to have
faith--it's either there or it isn't--no matter the season.
Thanks for sharing and best wishes in the contest, Jan

Oh Honey, will you go back and read it again. I was not fulfilled with it before and now feel so much better, but it is hard to keep editing with that yellow color, but better than none. Thanks so much for your kind review and six stars. You are the best. And I promise to stop by your place yet this morning as I loved yours too.

I understood, Debi, about how you changed. Maybe I didn't make that clear. But thanks for calling it to my attention. ❤️🙏
-
Oh no no no, you misunderstood. I know you said such wonderful things, but after you read it, I was in the process of making changes because I wasn't happy with it. So just wanted you to read it again and tell me if it was still ok, not as good or better. I put more about my faith in it. No, you were great, it was me who just wanted your opinion if it was ok after I changed it,

It reads perfect! Everything works together well. ❤️🙏❤️

I love the seasons of your faith. A unique offering capturing each season of the Creator and what it means to you.
Favorite stanza, among many:
My colors are of orange and gold
On lakes, thin ice can crust
The Autumn of my life, I'm told
Is God's promise to trust.

Wow! So loving this rhyming poem and the stunning presentation! God indeed blesses us in every season and so faithfully. Just beautiful, my friend, and penned from your heart! A blessing to read today. The song is one of my favorites too. Sending you my best, and love and blessings always,

Hey babe, you are so sweet, on this snowy Sunday morning. Can't believe it was just 90 the other day. Thank you so much but you know me, I just can't quit until I am happy with something. So I went and revised it since you read it. Would you mind reading it one more time and telling me what you think? If you liked it better before or now. Anyway I thank you and I do love writing testimonies of faith. I appreciate those lovely stars too, Sweet Sal.... And yay, tomorrow is Monday and I get my Aspen Grove fix. If you decide to take one more peak, let me know.

I read it again and it looks just as fabulous, my sweet. You did great! Love it! I can't even believe you have snow after 90 degree temps. Crazy! See you soon! BBB xoxo's

Debi, I think the Byrd's song is the perfect compliment to your poem. The picture also adds to help illustrate the poetic work. Everything works for the presentation. The poem is a very creative way to express faith making it a good entry for this contest. Well done. Terry.

I just love the way you have used the seasons as a way to describe your faith in God, Debi, and each season strikes it perfectly. I'm in the new late autumn now, a few years ago I would have said I'm coming into the late winter! But our life seasons, in many cases, are much longer now. I really enjoyed your seasons of faith poem, my friend, and the picture was perfect. Good luck in the contest!! :)) Sandra xx

To see and feel God's presence is our lives throughout the seasons is a gift. A gift as each season changes in the natural world, but even more so as we grow through the seasons of our lives. Your poem expresses both. Have a great day.

A different and well-written poem of faith throughout the seasons of life. Wondering if it should be "I love the flowers' smell" (plural for flowers, and possessive.) Yes, there are blessings to being in the autumn of life, and as we approach the end, trust is key. He has never failed to keep any of His promises. Best wishes for your entry.

I adore the last stanza especially, as I find it extremely poignant. It gives the poem 2 meanings: the consistency of the authors faith throughout the seasons but also alludes to the autumn of life, a time of approaching mortality which due to the author's faith is not to be feared, but by trusting in God is rendered beautiful. Really wonderful stanza. The first two stanzas are also vivid and elatating, with the snow and Christ's rebirth analogy with the author's own repentance and reaffirmation of her faith. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars or more is that I found the 3rd stanza a little jarring in comparison to the beauty and delight of the other 3. But that's just my personal reaction there is nothing that I feel the author "should" change

Hey Tansy, love your name by the way. I thank you for the great review. I was still doing some experimenting, as I always do after I release, because I love getting a feel for the reviewers. And that line that you mentioned was really iffy for me, so I changed it to the temps are hot. I also changed a few other things and now am pretty happy. Thank you for your honesty and great feedback, as it is because wonderful reviewers like you are the reason some of have grown so much throughout our careers. Keep up the great respectful and kind way about you, and if you are new, I welcome you. Either way, I-hope we become good friends. Thanks again.
