Hi Jesse, your rehab is progressing very nicely. I am so happy for you. Slow and steady wins the race. I like your long-term goals.

It sounds like you are doing well with your recovery. It takes guts and determination, and you seem to have it. I can relate to your situation. I had back surgery in 2019, and today I walk a couple of miles when it is warm enough.
