You made a valid point and if you think about it and everyone stops to pray, can you imagine the power of that moment when everything stops. Wouldn't that be fantastic?

I don't disagree. I think many people do not understand all the non-spiritual aspects of faith. They miss the part of a shared sense of morality, a common belief and hope that bound different people together. We have lost that, and that is a shame.

To do this you must overcome the apparent random godlessness of the universe, in their minds, to make them feel that there is a method in this madness, in the very fabric of right versus wrong. I do not question your faith. But I'm not sure pose a credible argument to sway anyone who is not already a follower of your camp. You are talking to yourself. You don't entice others to abandon their beliefs. And that, in the end, is the job of a missionary. All sane people want peace. You talk about your beliefs. Fine. But if you want to change hearts and minds, I think you have to appeal to their grievances.

Now more than ever, this country and every other country need to come together in prayer, to unite in peace. God, through His reign in the heavens and all of earth, who has given His kingdom and power to His son, Jesus Christ, also has given us His kingdom and power, through the death and resurrection of His son.--This is a classic example of preaching to the choir. If I don't already believe, this passage offers me no reason to believe.

I found a few grammatical errors when I first started reading but wow did you warm up! This is a beautifully written piece that flowly smoothly and conveys such an important message! I just submitted a piece entitled: "As the World Turns" that also touched on the condition of our world today. Your approach to the subject via prayer was conveyed so well!
