Sometimes even the more mature believer can be confused when a giant in the faith beats then over the head with a scripture that is out of context. IE, one of the scriptures would be the one that says, Let this mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus. Many a well meaning Christian will beat a person over the head with this when they experience depression.
