I like this because...It flows so well and is a powerful piece about down days which we all have, then it could be even worse depression. You describe this very well ho you feel dragged down and starting to weed again I like this.
A complex piece of writing with an emotional background that keeps the reader alert, very visual concise.

This is so true of our darkest moods. But wonder of all wonders, God pulls us together and we're up for another day, another week, another chance.
My only change would be in your next to the last verse, say "as best I can", the second "as" is not needed.

Totally enjoyed this one so much expression and feeling all packed into so little words is obviously a god given gift, I feel like myself you use poetry as a self help therapy for those inner emotions that at time maybe you find difficult to speak at times loved it keep writing
