There will be several twists and turns. My problem is that I fear having only 10,000 words it crams the story to tightly together. I guess we will see! Thanks for the encouragement.

What a jerk he is - here she is, competent, expert even, professional, trying to save his hide, and he still feels the need to prove he can unsettle her by seducing her - if I needed a damned good lawyer, Johnny Depp could come into the room and all I would care about was that he was going to save my hide!!! :-)
