This was an enjoyable and humorous essay. I couldn't agree with you more about those darn self-help books. Those books prey on the weak, ill-informed and the maladjusted in our society (quite a population).

You need a prescription for Ritilin and Tony Robbin's "Personal Power" :) I don't mean to take the situation lightly, just thought that might make you smile. This was a very well written essay. I agree there is an abundance of medication and self help. Well done- Sam

That was entertainingly funny. You are absolutely right, there are book(s) for every known source of anxiety, etc.
Too bad no one offers up a solid solution; could be becasue no two of us are alike. Great job!
