I very much enjoyed this. It flows very well when it is read aloud. Also the reason that I enjoy it is that the image that you put up is for the calendar year of 1959. If you would look at January 25 it fell on a Sunday. That was the very day that my husband and I married. I have a 1959 collectors plate is in my bedroom on a stand. Patricia.

Actually, my own parlor was usually occupied by my brother watching television.
