One thing that makes me cringe is talking about myself, my mother convinced me at an early age I wasn't a worthwhile person, so you can imagine, my persona was built around how well I played, but Jesus convinced me I meant something to Him, thanks for sharing, I know you feel circumspect about yourself, well done, blessings Roy

A similar situation with my mother. She wanted to be a nurse, but her father wouldn't allow to live away from home. She had the gift of nursing all her life.

Thank you for the support. Friday night is my husband and our date night. We usually watch a western movie, his choice. LOL I am a Hallmark movie person and yes each of my four boys teases me unmercifully, but I still enjoy them.

When my wife was alive, we did basically the same. She liked the Hallmark movies but was kind enough to watch some of mine, too!

Hallmark has mysteries and drama too.
