You definitely took initiative after gathering more information about the neglected pet dogs. You seem like an animal lover times ten to feed someone else's dogs. I wonder if the owners thought food they left out would last longer than it did. I hate leaving animals alone for even a single night. Nice post.

It?s difficult and awkward. I?ll try to speak with them when they return, and keep it positive. I hope they will change their attitude but I?m not too confident. Thanks so much for reviewing.

They have been much calmer this afternoon, and even stopped growling when I said "No!" firmly, followed by lots of praise when they stopped. Maybe my next project will be some loving but firm discipline from my box! I will visit their neighbour on the other isde as soon as I can, and check if he has been feeding them. I may be cynical, but I think they have just gone away for a holiday. Thanks so much for reviewing and for the pump, greatly appreciated.

I had to reread a couple of sentences within your story a few times to understand what you are saying. I can tell you're trying to be concise in your writing, but in doing so your words are a little vague. The flow of the story is choppy because some sentences arent connecting properly due to missing information. I think you need to be a little more specific.

Can you please be specific so I know where to fix it? This is actually the third in a series, so I don't want to double up on information most reviewers already know. Where for example is the lack of connection, and which sentences needed to be read. I would appreciate your help.

Thank you so much for your very kind review - and six stars, like the icing on the cake! I am very grateful, (especially as the previous reviewer gave me three stars for my "choppy" writing, lol.) The dogs are fairly calm at present, and responding to my voice. I was planting near the fence, and there were a few growls, but when I firmly said "No!", believe it or not they stopped! Lots of praise followed. Perhaps my next project will be some loving discipline!!
