I shall buy those, Helen. They will also do my bones good, I have osteoporosis. I'll take anything that will help my health. I might not be a spring chicken any more, but there is still a lot of life in this old girl and I plan to live it. :)) Thank you, my dear friend. I feel quite emotional at the moment. I don't know whether to be happy or sad. Happy of course that the ribs aren't actually broken and that you're improving, but sad that you have so many trials to go through.
