The author's words are strong, heartfelt, clear, meaningful and creative.
I pondered on how during my life a search for truth has been so meaningful. The author's notes and bible quotes compliment this poem well. And as the author states promotes mercy and promises. Great Poem!

I agree. I think truth is always the best. At least then we can make a real decision. A lie will always come back to get us. God is the truth and will always be the truth. We need to follow His guidance. Thank you for sharing.

A sobering reflection on the reality of 'Truth' as it is being tossed about today, so to speak. The final two lines in stanza two hold truth therein yet send a shiver down the spine. I am re-reading Orwell's 1984 at the moment, the chapter where 2+2 make 5 is outlined and it makes for chilling reading!
