What an excellent post Melissa, a superb entry in this sonnet contes my friend. Great flow, smooth as silk. The theme is not thought of very much, when I perceive I'm just as vulnerable under close scrutiny as anyone, so how can I judge another when I'm like this? Beautifully written my friend, a wonderful post, blessings, Roy

Very nice! It's about the mundane life of the past before Covid19 appeared on the scene and the life we have to work with now and as we move forward. Best wishes in the contest!

Wow! Super job with your sonnet, in which I love your profound philosophical reflection in this. Yes, we are always on edge when life shakes up the mundane world that we are used to and feel secure in. And lately, we have to seek new norms and your words are so fitting for our world today where we don't know what to expect for even the near future.
