A very well-written 3-5-3 poem about the decades are flying past. Another end of decade us around the corner and we were about to enter a new decade. We can only hope for better .

And the time goes so quickly - wow - it's hard to imagine this 2020 year coming up. We're privileged to live and see this - to be able to see our grandchildren grow up.

Gail, yes these are the golden years, although I admit, I realize I have far less sand in my hour glass than twenty years past. :)

Great shout! I feel a new approach is also needed think a fresh beginning who knows how it end. A wise thought for the upcoming year to be considered in our rush to reach it. All stated in my opinion.

Well, this was short, sweet and true! I remember when we turned the century and everyone was all worked up that our computers would be hacked or that something like the apocalypse! But after all that worry, nothing happened. But each person seeks their own destination.

I was thinking of that the other day. Just thinking of how fast the last 10 years have flown by. Really the last 10 years have been good. Raising kids and now, in the next ten years we will be empty nesters. Don't want to go there.
