I apologize, but I had to smile at your heavenly numbers. I, too, at age 66 am getting way too familiar with medical problems. I have to admit though, I had to look up adrenal insufficiency. That's not one that I am an expert at yet.
I love your sense of humor, and I appreciate you sharing your wonderful outlook. Your lament was one that most of us at FanStory share. Few of us are "right" anymore, but we are all working at it.
Hopefully, once issues are addressed, your body will settle down and enjoy itself.
You take care. I thoroughly enjoyed your poem.

It seems as if we are victims of the medical field. "Let's try this; let's try that." The patient is on a medical roller coaster. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words. Good luck in your contest.

Thanks Bro. I feel like I have become the guinea pig in some things but if it helps then bring it on. I guess that is why doctors are still "Practising!" ha.Thanks, old mate.

A very well-written rhyming poem about the aids we collect as we age. We did not work for it neither do we deserve it but it is handed out to us like we win a prize.

It certainly looks as if you have been blessed with more than your fair share of age-related ailments. I hope that the various medications are able to keep things in balance.

Sad, but true. When I was young, I wanted to be older, but I didn't know it was going to be like this. A friend said he didn't feel good in the morning. I said after I turned sixty, I didn't expect to feel good anymore.

"The Rage of Age", is an extremely well-written and delightfully descriptive piece. This talented poet's work was a pleasure to both read and review. You KEEP WRITING and I'll KEEP READING. I look forward to seeing your next post. To me, this is a six, but unfortunately I only have fives left.
