This was a well written chapter, which puts the reader in your shoes. It was interesting and fun to read. I kept waiting for the husband to split. I'm glad he didn't. I can feel your frustration over your daughter moving back to California. I am waiting for the next chapter. I'm enjoying this write. And I'm glad you're sharing it.

In this chapter there's a more postive flow to your experience with your daughter. For a while she had sir stability until Jeff couldn't follow Walt Disdeny ruled. I feel with their move this is the calm before the thunderstorm .

Jeff didn't like authority figures, for sure.

I've had friends who worked at Disney who say the work is difficult and the pay is low. I'm fascinated to tour the tunnels under the place that I only heard about after the second visit. Irony best describes this segment...JB

I never heard about the tunnels. I'm guessing about the pay, but I'm sure it was more than he made as a clerk in the video store. I bet it is difficult because of the heat and the weight of some of the costumes. Jeff hated it after the first month.

The tunnels are used to move supplies around. You never see delivery trucks to the restaurants and I guess that's why.

HI, Shari,
I enjoyed your chapter in this continuing family saga. While this one lacked the pressure cooker steam of some other chapters, it was good to have a cool-down and catch one's breath. I can't wait to hear about this new deal with Barbara. My, my, my. I have images in my head but will save them until I can read the next installment.
Excellent work,
Ray

Thanks, Ray. I know what you mean about steam, but I have to let the water simmer for a while. :-)
