Hey, Jay...
Hmmmm. So, it would seem that Zurn may get off an a 'technicality' of sorts? Because if he showed Doctrex what he did against the fire people, then he really didn't desert - technically speaking.
Of course, I could have it all wrong. I know. It's hard to accept, but I will admit it did happen back in 1972.

You leadin' me on, girl. What happened in '72? Thanks for your input on this, Jax. Hey, good luck in the book of the month offering.

LOL... 1972, I realized the mistake I made marrying hubby #1. A mistake I did not correct until 1991.
Thx so much --- it is quite nerve-wracking waiting for the vote!

A man can be slow with his thoughts, but that doesn't make his retarded. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very interesting read.

I am much happier. I knew Zurn wouldn't desert. It was a huge misunderstanding.
"I refuse to convict him without his having a military hearing. (The 'his' doesn't sound right. I would use him or omit it and just say without having...)

I think I agree with you about "his". It is correct grammatically, but doesn't sound right when spoken. I changed it, leaving out "his" and "having". Thanks for the assistance, Barbara.
