Ahhhh..I can't believe I'm already out of sixes. Over the summer I read a book called I Gave my Heart to Know this. This piece reminds me so much of it. Extremely well written, poignant. Having been through the fires of war myself, I remind myself when hitting a rough patch, that we should all be grateful to have had survived the war(s) and stand beside each other for ever after.
So well written, and soooooo romantic..You should write for Nicholas Sparks...what a heartbreaker he is..and you..

Ahhhh..I can't believe I'm already out of sixes. Over the summer I read a book called I Gave my Heart to Know this. This piece reminds me so much of it. Extremely well written, poignant. Having been through the fires of war myself, I remind myself when hitting a rough patch, that we should all be grateful to have had survived the war(s) and stand beside each other for ever after.

To say this was a delightful story is one of my typical English understatements. Written brilliantly, as one would expect from Ms. Savell, I was rooted to the page, revelling in every word which the author allowed to be poured out like smooth, hot chocolate.
