It sounds like quite a neighborhood! The minimal use of narrative had the chapter moving along at a really good pace. It was brisk and believable. I really enjoyed it, Gayle!

Oh, there are so many areas in LA that are like that. So many unemployed, just hanging out and looking for trouble. Nowhere to go, no money to do anything. Sad.
I got that ' in there...sheesh, where'd it go in the first place? LOL!
