I think cats are the most beautiful creatures God ever designed, they seem better designed for their environment than most animals, this is a marvellous post dear Debi, beautifully written my friend, thanks for sharing this marvellous post, happy new year to you and yours My friend, blessings Roy

These three moggies (as we call them in the UK) have the best of intentions ensuring that their human friends don't catch anything else. Even newspapers and TV shows are out of bounds! But they finally suss and catch onto the most important quality of kindness to each, albeit, sadly, not to my dear little friends, the mice. Even my daughter who has two cats and loves them to death can't stand the thought of them going out on the rampage and bringing their 'gifts' inside. Debi, I wish I had half your imagination and energy! Great job! Love Debbie

I love this adorable poetic story about three best friend cats who are trying to keep their human moms healthy. True, they misunderstand the varied meanings of the word "catch," but their hearts are in the right place, and they intend to always treat others nice.

Phenomenal rhyming.

These three seem to also have caught my heart! I love cats but am extremely allergic to them so I don't get to be around them. I do enjoy reading about them and watching them act silly on videos. Very cute poem. Thanks for sharing.

This delightful poem illustrates the vital importance of accurate understanding. We can hear a term and affix the wrong or incorrect meaning to it and cause all kinds of problems. Even though our intentions may have been well meant, misunderstanding could send us in the wrong direction nonetheless. I once heard someone say in a song, "Understanding is the best thing in the world."

The three kitties in the picture look like trouble waiting to happen. Up and out early, they're trying to find something to get into, I'd suspect. :-) Thanks for sharing.

Aw, Debi, what a fun and lovely poem about Patch and Ruby where my Pepina is a guest star. I absolutely love it. You make them all wonderfully mischievous, just the way cats are. Thanks so much for fitting Pepina in in this fantasy tale. Lots of love, Ulla xxx

Debi dear,
I was so relieved that Helen did not have the flu! Cat fiction is not far from the truth because I know the mishief they can get get into, X 3 with Ulla's cat, Pepina. (What a great name.) In my native Georgia, cats are pest control because they are great at it, and their fees are relatively low. Just water, food and petting. A fun one that made me smile today, my friend.

Sending my best today as always and Love & Blessings across the catmiles.

Hi Debi,
This silly poem shows how much pets love their owners. It also shows how confusing English can be to non-speakers.
Hope you had great Christmas and Have a Happy New Years.
Keep writing and stay healthy
Joan

I know it is different, Barry, but in someways not cause I love a good story in a poem. Even if it is a misunderstanding of the meaning of a word.
