This is such a cool thing the two of you are doing. Amish people are interesting. I think in might be against one of their commandment to kill you, but they might just keep you suspende in the 1800's until someone happens to be going toward town. I'm enjoying you little adventure.,

Thank you for sharing this installment. I enjoyed reading. My mom lives in the middle of Amish country. When they bought the farm, it wasn't, but it is now. Just so you know, they do have emergency phone in special areas in case they're needed. Right now, would be a good time to use one.
