good points, but I've found that if I pick a subject - anything - a tree, shoes, a candy dish - then, I can let my imagination run. For me, it helps to have something to focus on, to start. But whatever get you going, you're right. Write.

I thought you did a great job of capturing the essence of the creative process. I love how you urge us to embrace writing and just let our thoughts flow freely onto the page. The repetition of "write" throughout the poem creates a sense of rhythm and urgency. That works well in pushing the message to keep writing without hesitation or self-doubt. Nicely done!
