An excellent entry for the 1-6-1 Poem Writing Prompt. Clever usage of your three rhyming words. This particular format is harder than it looks. The artwork is perfect for the poem as well. Good luck.

What an interesting poem. The picture matches your words well. One time, my outside cat ate a chipmonk and left its head there. It was pretty gross. Tha's what they do. Very good job on this.

You have a creative use of words. I am owned by two cats but like the cat in your words, I doubt they would even chase a rat. They prefer Fancy Feast in a can. Excellent 1-6-1 poem that creates a clear picture.
