Thanks for reminding us of the Lord's command to love one another and remember Him and His sacrifice that brings us all together in Him. He even modeled how to wash one another's feet. Such loving humility for the Maker of the universe and in Whom all things hold together! Great message for us today and always!

If only mankind would be kind to his fellow man. Created in God's image, we should reflect love, not hate. Christ's blood levels the playing field. He did not for any one race, but all - since we are descended from the first human pair. Your poem highlights this beautifully.

Nomi338, a man after my own heart! I truly believe that the only thing that
is different from 'people' is this minute pigmentation thing...We're all so
similar that it's really absurd to treat each other so spiteful, especially in this day and age...We've been through so much together...What would God
say or do about the way we carry-on...Do any of us think this why he died
for our sins...Did he not create us all in his image? Thank you my brother
for reminding us here at FanStory via your poetic sage message. This really needs dissimulation beyond the walls of FanStory.teafor2

Your poem is an excellent celebration of Easter, Nomi, with sentiments that are beautifully crafted in rhyme to capture your sincerity and devotion. You're, as ever, so spot-on in your essential premise that we're all equal and must learn to rise above human hatred and frailties to observe the Christian message of sacrifice and brotherly love. Thanks for sharing. Take care Debbie

Hi,
I was so happy when I looked at my messages and I saw you had written something.
Thanks for bringing a bit of hope to our crazy world. I often wonder the same as you. Why do we hate each other? Why are there wars...? Shame on us. We even fight with our relatives and friends.
Anyway, I still keep my faith in human nature and I haven't met anybody who I can describe as bad. Maybe I'm too naive.
Have a lovely day. Beautiful poem.

I am a Greek Orthodox Christian so I follow the same calendar a Passover for Easter. The Last Supper was Jesus's Passover; so Greeks do not have Easter until after Jews Have Passover. Ye. We are connected. Well done, poem and presentation!

Best wishes,

Alex

This beautiful poem holds a hopeful message and prayer as we enter the Easter season. It is only by the world dining together at Christ's table that we will be free from hatred and war. The artwork is perfect for this poem. Just a reminder to credit where the art came from. Very nice work.

The reason I mentioned it is because I was told several times that if I didn't list on my page where my artwork came from My work would taken down. Didn't want that to happen to you.

Wow, this is powerful and so well written. The time you must've taken to choose such creative rhymes was well worth it. The speaks to us all to get together and commemorate the unity we share. No matter what faith one believes we still need to see that we are all one.
