I like the way you have gone back in time to pick up the story of your parents. You do a great job of orienting us to the events of the day to put it all in perspective. You have great insight into your parents and their times.

Thank you Rhonda. I knew them pretty well and I believe I could recreate what they would say and how they would act. Some of what was is written is what I was told about later.

Stories passed down are a great way to pass on history. Writing them down like you are, is even better!!
