This is a very good telling of that store that comes from the Bible and I enjoyed it very much. I know that I have had a couple of miracles in my life and I have found the religious leader. Sometimes you're not believe us when we say that we were touched by a miracle. Patricia.

The reaction of the religious leaders does seem a little extreme, doesn't it? These days, such a miracle would probably be conducted in a massive marquee or pavilion, and the response would be lots of clapping, cheering and, of course, donations. Still, I guess the miracle worker is fortunate he only applied a bit of mud to someone's face, and wasn't caught picking up sticks on a Sunday.
I think you've done an excellent job of retelling this Bible story in a modern setting, Wendy. It's very creative, especially in the choice to make the man your son.

Thanks so much Craig. All their religious and legalistic rules were more important to them than any
Concern or compassion for a fellow human being. And of course they were looking for a reason to kill Jesus.

I thought that story sounded familiar. At first, I thought it was a story about you and your family. I haven't read the Good Book in quite awhile. I think I'll take a look at Chapter nine.
