I love that statement, one has eyes that are quite different from the physical ones God has blessed us with, the eyes of wisdom, like, "I see it all said the bling man/woman." Heh heh, lots of folk getting married, love it Sally, blessings Roy

Another exceptional chapter. I am enjoying this story very much. It's active, full of tension, and keeps the reader on their toes. I did find one little thing you need to correct. (That's right. I (I'm) staying here). Enjoy your day. Shirley

First of all, when Betty's big brown eyes filled with tears, so did Debi's. Oh my did that grab me. What a connection I feel with these people. They have been with me for 28 weeks and how do you get over that when it's over. Sorry I always dread things before they happen. Do you suppose that goes with procrastination and ADHD?
This was so jam packed with Love and tenderness, thrilling apprehension and fear. Wow, I am simply taken in and feast on every word and action!!
The newly weds are so in love and they deserve a little time before reality sets in, yet I agree that they have to be completely upfront with them so that they are aware and watchful for any rotten underhanded trick that gets pulled.
But my favorite part completely was the ending when the great detective says,
"I see you very clearly." What an awesome line....... What a brilliant, perfect comeback! That Sally is one tough cookie and I don't ever want to get on her shit list. Sorry but there is no better word. I love you as the blind detective in your books and stories. You are legendary and so is this story!!! Loved it and without a doubt, BEST CHAPTER YET!!!!

Sound as if Detective Sally is on the stick with this low life of a guy. She will nail him. I have confidence it that. Good one, Sal. Wow, what a love scene.

I'm glad Sally unnerved Fitzgerald Elling. I am worried about him getting loose. I'm glad they're moving Simmon and Candance. I just hope it's in time. I really like this story.

Simon was the first to stir the next morning; yet (the following morning)

This is chapter 28, and the first chapter I have read of this story. I found it to be very interesting. Once I got into the chapter, I became more and more curious about what would happen next. I only found one small part that you might look at again, to be sure it is what you intended to say. In the paragraph that begins; " The detective stood and drew her closer." About the third sentence you wrote, " That's right. I staying here with Aspin Grove P.D...." You might consider "I'm" or "I am" staying here ... You are a very good writer, I enjoyed this, thank you. Mr. Green.

Thank you for the excellent review and comments, Mr. Green. I put this by my sighted copy editor before posting. "Her" is not in that sentence at all, and Aspen is spelled correctly. I also put this through FanStory spell check three times before posting, and read it with my audio reader. I'm not sure what to say because I am near blind and rely upon sighted help. The eyes close to me assure there's no issues here. If there were, I'd be quick to repair them.
Sending you my best today as always.
    Sally :))
