star from Heaven. What a
heartwarming and eloquent
story about family life and
the variety of life achievements and the changes. My late father
passed away a while back. My mother is 90 and lives
in Upstate NY with my
sister and her husband. My
sister's kids are grown, most
live away from home in other
states. I have 3 other
siblings, haven't seen my
siblings in over twenty years.
My parents weren't the
family reunion come here at
least once a year kind of
parents, so we're scattered
to the wind. Anyway, your
write is so touching and
comforting. I'm 65 now,
my husband passed away
a little over 3 years ago.
My daughter and her little
family and I really miss him.
Thank you for penning this
lovely story about you and
your family's lives. Blessings

Thank you very much. A lovely review. Life is made of these special little moments. Yes I rarely see my mother and siblings, all scattered far and wide. I am happy that two of my three children are only 25 minutes away and the other (8 hours away) does lots of video calls.

Come on, Wendy! I'm going to be running out of sixes again if you keep it up. Congratulations on your milestone post. You story really hits home with me. I've just had to go into the hospital again with heart problems (another milestone), but I did just find out that I'm going to be a first time great grandfather (it's a girl). The milestone of death is what I'm worried about. Hopefully I can push that one off for a few more years.

Oh Paul! The pleasure of six stars is wonderful and I thank you so very much for them BUT I am really concerned for you. I am praying that you?ll be helped by the medical staff and come through this okay. And that you?ll know peace based on simple faith. Jesus did all that was needed to take us back to the Father (when the time is right.) All we can do is trust in shag He says. Congratulations on becoming a great grandfather. Your goal will perhaps be to see her as a newborn and then to enjoy some of her milestones. Best wishes. Please get well soon.

One of my goals is to have my granddaughter sitting on my knee while I read poems to her from my books. I did not do that enough with my sons and grandchildren. I was always working.
