Jim, this is beautifully written and I can, as an old woman, definitely identify with it. We just had our sixth great grandchild this week, and we're thankful every day for the wisdom that comes from God. (One suggestion; sixth stanza "kind" instead of "kinder" since you have "more" in front of the list of adjectives.

JLR I liked the way you grasped aging and correlated it with the many different seasons of Spring..
This was well written Rich in Theme And Imagery.
Imagination factors were instinctively fine.
As this read and flowed well with no Grammar Issues.

Very well penned, I can relate to this poem in many ways. Your not old, but you are seasoned. So it is just an adjustment to a better way, the slice of life gave you more than a many can relate to. Thank you for sharing

I appreciate your kind words. I am I just want to add that Imhave the utmost respect and appreciation toward you for being a single mom. My mom was a single mom of four every moment you are in the dual role of parenting I believe your are given Doulbe the Love from God.
