Another excellent chapter in he Aspen Grove Murders! I can't believe that rat was going to shoot his own son. From the scars you mentioned, I assume the young man had been physically abused too. I was surprised when the angel zapped Simon out of there. Too bad she didn't zap Fee to the hot place while she was at it!

Another excellent chapter in he Aspen Grove Murders! I can't believe that rat was going to shoot his own son. From the scars you mentioned, I assume the young man had been physically abused too. I like the fact that you've brought into view an angelic being Sally, although we think of them as gender based, I don't think they are somehow. This is beautifully written my friend. I didn't think it could top the last chapters, but oh, this is so eventful, thrilling, chilling, and exciting, with surprises all over the land. And this is by far my favorite. Detective Law, you truly have a knack for crime fighting and a sixth sense for making it interesting and keeping me in goosies, as I see once again, the fight against evil is winning. (if I were to write for a top newspaper, as a class act critic I would have to use distinguished words like goosies, so thought I might as well here too. lol). ..... Now I have a dilemma, to find my favorite parts, but not let my review get longer than the chapter. As always, I do adore the love affair between Tommy and Willa, but am absolutely blown away by Simon and how he stood up to his boss and father. Bravo for him! Amazing how fast a feeling can change with us mortal, from pure diisgusting hatred to likeable. However, as a sinner myself, it is easier to have compassion. What does that have to do with the story, everything as I had a few of those distinguished goosies for him too.
I can't wait to see what will happen at Betty Jo's farm now. Now if I just knew what was going to be happening with Candace's abominable husband. I hope he wakes up and finds his world is completely turned downward. Don't worry, I don't want any hints. I am in such awe of this story, and once again amazed, because as soon as I get the pm that you have it posted, I get so excited. I love it so much, I wish there was something I could do to show you how much!! so signing off until next week, my favorite dear crime fighting hero. Signed, your BIGGEST fan!!
