I often have "feelings" about things, and my feeling about this young woman is that she shouldn't be trusted too easily. I will certainly pray for your son - that he does not give up his dreams. Often dreams must be waited for while God watches the circumstances. I am someone you can always come to with anything and I will pray or help where I can.

He has been working his day job and still trying to arrange, rearrange and start all over again. I can't believe this girl did this to him...not only is it frustrating but some thought he was just making excuses to cover himself... which definitely wasn't true. Thank you for caring, for sharing your thoughts and for wishing us well.

Oh wow! That would definitely be heartbreaking when you have worked as hard as you're saying that your son has worked. The enemy seems to be right there trying to crush his dreams, I pray that he will rise up again and press forward to accomplish what God put on his heart in the first place. I pray for your heart because God only knows what it does to a mama's heart! XOXO

You have a friend in me! This has happened to many folks I know who are in the public eye and stand up for God. Ye ol' wicked one, AKA Satan, Lucifer, The Devil, Our Adversary, is always on it 24/7. I read some comments from Jim Caviezel, The Passion of the Christ. Satan rolled in big time, striking the movie set with lightning and assorted plagues, problems, and such. Your son obviously has a message the devil hates. Mind that and keep in prayer.
Another perspective: If what's-her-name is the kind of person that would do this to Matt, is it possible she's being removed by God? Could be.

You have a friend in me! This has happened to many folks I know who are in the public eye and stand up for God. Ye ol' wicked one, AKA Satan, Lucifer, The Devil, Our Adversary, is always on it 24/7. I read some comments from Jim Caviezel, The Passion of the Christ. Satan rolled in big time, striking the movie set with lightning and assorted plagues, problems, and such. It is difficult to find easy answers, but my own experience has shown me that what seems like a disaster as it is unfolding, usually turns out to be of benefit in the long run. However, that's of little help when one is embroiled with the disaster and trying to cope with the fallout. If indeed this woman is proving to be a "traitor," perhaps it's better to know now rather than later. Forewarned is forearmed. I will pray that all works out for Matthew and that he is able to maneuver through today's trials as he moves forward towards tomorrow's successes. Perhaps the right partner and actress is waiting in the wings and will soon have a divine appointment with Matthew.
You know I can be blunt. I'd be tempted to confront his "partner" about her lack of interest and demand that she either get on the train or off it. If she stayed on, I'd "trust but verify" at every step.

Thanks, Sue. Your words are pretty much the same ones I shared with Matthew last night. I haven't reached him this morning which worries his mother, but I hope to hear something soon. I had my doubts about her before this, but I prayed I was wrong for my son's sake; I prayed I was wrong. He feels that all the cancellations etc., will give him a bad name in future endeavors. As you said, I am praying for something better waiting in the wings.
Thought about messaging you this morning to ask how things were going with Whip and you. Hope all is well.

Thank you so much, Sandra. I haven't been able to reach him this morning and that worry's the mother in me. Either he stayed up all night and didn't wake up this morning, missed work (which isn't like Matt) or he's just not ready to face the world. It kills me that he put her in his movies which caught the attention of Netflix and a few others and now she would do this. I don't like to think bad about people, but..... Anyhow, I thank you for always being in my corner.
