Beth, that sounds like a real big problem! Poor little Don. Being forced to do something he didn't want to do. His only defense was wetting his pants, what else could he do? And even that was probably unconsciously and brought him more humiliations. Of course, you had to find new solutions for your kids. Things were not easy for you!

Thank you for much for the review. I guess most people have their share of problems. Raising children isn't so easy but I wouldn't have it any other way. I feel like I've had a wonderful life in spite of the problems.

So did I, Beth. I know what you mean exactly.

You certainly had a busy, interesting life. I was so happy to read that Christie recovered from the Hepatitis. That had to be scary. It is frightening when our children become sick. Thank God your other children didn't get it. Well done, dear. Nancy:)

Thank ;you Nancy. I thought I just answered this but apparently it didn't go though. Christi can't give blood because of the hepatitis but she never has had any further problem with it.

That's wonderful. After losing one child I can imagine how traumatic this was. xxx Nancy

Each of your posts have so many vignettes, I don't know which one to comment on. This could easily be three posts. I'm impressed with your husband's talent in investments. I'm so glad your mother could help when you needed her. Poor little Christi to have to be quarantined at such a young age! How stressful it is for parents when they are working full time and caring for a child with a serious illness! But you survived it all. And I think you'll tell me about a third daughter soon? Happy Mother's Day!

Thank you so much for the review and lovely comments and especially for the six stars. The third daughter is was a surprise, ten years behind the twins so that is still a way in the future. She says I'd better not stop writing until she is in the picture. LOL

Of course! You have to include the whole family! Okay, I know to wait for the third daughter's appearance. ♥

Never a dull moment. I can only imagine what you went through with Carol so sick after losing Susan. Flashback of terror and despair. The school shutdown and the family in quarantine--sounds familiar. Awaiting the next installment. Cheers. LIZ

Poor Don, some adults seem to think a set of rules can work for all kids, but the truth is all kids are different from one another. When our kids were growing we could punish one child by putting her in a room, (she was gregarious) but the other loved her ow company, so we had to devise a different plan. Beautifully written, Judy love this post and the biography. Well done Beth, blessings Roy
Typo : I had to take (time) of work,

You are right about them all being different. When I realized what was happening with him, I took them all out. Thank you so much for continuing to read my story.
