I went grocery shopping today - at the store that inspired this poem - and I didn't see any tulips! So...maybe "it" has caught on! :)

I'm not supposed go to the grocery store - promised my granddaughter, so no tulips. And would you believe the soonest I can pickup my grocery order is on the 31st!! The store had 1700 orders. I am going to use up what's left in my freezer - going to be some weird meals.
Anyway, you stay safe, too.

Sometimes we have to look for beauty in our busy everyday lives. For some it's a sunset, others it animals in nature, and for you it's flowers. I notice there's not a big run on bookstores or board games. Good luck in the contest.

This is a wonderful poem for what we're going through now. Hope always rises with the spring flowers. How lovely that this woman passes her tulips on to a dispirited shopper. Oh, my God, your poem made me cry. Just yesterday when I was grocery shopping I was eye in a bouquet of tulips...unfortunately I have not brought them home. My husband will make fun of me. Thank you for sharing and good luck with the contest.
