Sandra, starting with the picture!
-You give so much detail, but knowing
my fondness for Mildred, you can be
sure I wanted to know what was going on!
-You made it so real, too.
-Then, you make it seem like she is a ghost.
-Finally, we hear, 'Oh Lordy, Miss Veronica, nuff of that.'
-I must say you were a master of making
this believable, but now Mildred gets
to time travel. That sounds so exciting.
-For a friend and a wonderful story,
and special characters, too.

Aww, Pam, thank you so much for that lovely rose, I love flowers, and roses have such a lovely scent. I'm really pleased you liked my ending, I did draw on a personal experience to get this particular part right. I think most writers do whether it's in prose or poetry.
Thank you for all the encouraging reviews you've given me throughout the two books, the support you've shown me has been incredible. I couldn't leave Mildred out, but, she was getting too old to carry on, so, she has come back to be with Veronica. She will have a bit of explaining to do, too!! It's strange, somehow, that some people's death have so much more impact on us than others. It seems a little unfair, really. You did a great job of portraying this. I like it that you dug in deep with your description. The reader can feel the sadness, and also the loneliness of the deceased. It's important to acknowledge that some people appreciate more the quality of their various relationships over the quantity of them. It sounds like Mildred was such. You did her great honor to write this piece, and yes, I do believe those who have departed our world might still be with us. You did her justice with the quality of your writing. Thank you.

This one finishes the second book in the trilogy, though it might go on longer now if the sales of this book match the sales of the first one. I'm glad you like the way I wrote it, that is very encouraging since you haven't read the rest of the book, that in itself was nice to know. I couldn't get rid of her, she is so important to the story now. But this way she will be a more active character with Veronica. As she was in the first book. The beginning at the coffin is filled with realism and one can sense the presence of the moment as though there in reality. Then when Veronica goes to pass out it feels even more real. Very well put together story and it caught my interest from the get go. It is well written, I did not find any errors. Thanks for sharing.
