This is very fun, cute, and lighthearted. You've addressed something in this poem that happens a lot in families. I like the message and how at the end, mum put all of them down. I enjoyed this Chrissy! Well done.

I have been blessed as a parent not to have such rivalry among my children (probably because there are only two). I can see how the bickering would drive Mom batty as well as hurt her feelings. Love the surprise ending.

Hi Rod, Thank so much and at times they would drive me batty bit I always treated them equally despite what they thought. I thought the last line finished this off well Tongue in cheek of course Cheers Christine

Unlike this piece the rhyming and the meaning how true it seems to those involved.
Sibling Rivalry is what makes the world go around and how we develop a little resilience in life.
As a mum it is true you will love your children differently, and yes sure at times it will be a case of loving one more for a time...but what goes around comes around.
Again I loved this heartfelt piece. as a receiver and as a giver. Well done

Hi Brigette, Thank you and glad you didn't think my last line was true, far from it but sometimes they drive me mad but I love them equally and they know it but it is a bit like a competition of who can outdo who Ha ha Cheers for your review Christine

Yep. I was one of nine children. I always was asking who she loved the most. She definitely favored the boys and a particular brother. We all knew he was destined for success. He is a self made multi millionaire and a very decent and caring person. Thank you for sharing. Nine more days
