This is a good entry for the 30 syllables contest. All syllables are in check to relay a message about time that never returns once it slips away. A reminder of not to waste time but it is one that we are all guilty of at one point or other. Good job and best of luck in the competition. ~DD

I think time is more complex than you let on in your poem. Ozymandias does it better, perhaps. But that poem strikes me as for those who believe time linear. I don't think it is. We experience it that way.
How do you really experience it?

I really like your sands of Time verse. The phrase 'ad naseum' lends the impression of wasting ones time as our life moves forward. Modern communication can be a good tool if used prop. You did a great job.
