I have never heard of Childermas, Rhonnie, and I think it should be known and told about all over the world. Those innocent babies died because they were boy babies, and because Harod wanted to kill Jesus. I know the story well, as do most people but that the day was sanctified, I didn't know. This is excellent writing, my friend, and long may COLORS continue! :)) Sandra xxx

This is an interesting history of Holy Innocents Day, giving both the rationale behind the festival and its importance in this day and age. As you suggest, it deserves more prominence.

This non-fiction is well-written, evenly paced, and reads at a level that can be understood by children. And judging from your introduction and profile information, that is what you do at COLORS.
