Hi Carolyn,

Again you've written a very nice poem which I enjoyed reading.
It's nice that you are able to write such short poems.
I always like to read what you write as you do poetry very well.

Thank you so much, dear Kat. I'm glad you like short ones as I can't seem to get much else going right now. LOL :) Carolyn

A well-written contest entry. I think you completed the challenge of the contest well. Your artwork completes the piece. The well-chosen words flowed and combined easily forming the message of the poem for the reader.

I imagine a dip in a pool near a geyser would be very heated like being in an open-air sauna I enjoyed your haiku well-done regards Jill

Hi Carolyn,

There is nothing more amazing than the force of Mother Nature. Geysers and blow holes are something I seldom see. Your syllable count for the 5-7-5 contest entry is spot on. I like the added humour in your last line. Good luck in the contest, Carolyn.

Hi Dollie, Yellowstone National park has many geysers. The most famous of which is ' Old Faithful'. What an amazing sight to see. Thank you for stopping by. :) Carolyn.

Carolyn, what a cute 5 7 5 for the contest. Spot on with your syllable count. God's creation is amazing, that's for sure. I would definitely stay away from bathing in the geyser

A very well-written 5-7-5 poem. The hot geysers are a natural wonder. We have a few here, the most popular one I know of was made into a resort with warm swimming pools from the geysers. Warmbath, South Africa.

Sandra, your pools sound like a great use of the geysers abundance of naturally heated water. I so love creation. Thank you for your encouraging review. :) Carolyn

Yes, it could be a very tush-warming experience. I would love to see a geyser someday, but probably won't. I bet I can find a video of one online though. A nice 5-7-5 poem, my friend. Best wishes in the contest. It's good to see you writing again~Debbie

Debbie, look up Old Faithful in Yellowstone National park. When mother was 95, my 5 sisters and I took a trip to see the geyser. If ever a human could personify an act of nature, it was my mother, Ruth. Old Faithful. Thank you my friend, :) Carolyn
