Well done, my friend. This is a fine Easter Poetry Contest entry, too much these days is about the chocolate Easter eggs and not enough about Jesus dying for us. I wonder how many children know the true story these days. I enjoyed your poem, my friend, well done and good luck. :) Sandra. xx

In the midst of bunnies, eggs, and new outfits it's refreshing to read a poem that is actually about Easter. You capture the Resurrection story nicely in verse form.

Very religious poem with details about Jesus. This was a great to read for many other people don't think about Jesus. The plot of the tomb was empty and the Gardner is not a man but Jesus himself is so wonderful. The reader gets a lot of information from the writer that makes me realize that Easter is around the corner. We all need to think about the real meaning. You did a great job with explaining your idea of an Easter Poem.
