love butterflies of all shapes and sises some even wear disguises many rich in aquatic colors others yellow,black and spotted all to bring an abundance of total joy

Very beautiful written!
I personally would have liked to learn about what caused her to start over again in life, but I realize that not all poems or stories have to be emotionally deep.

I love the way you have used the emerging butterfly as a metaphor for a teenager spreading her wings and taking the first delicious flight into the unknown world of adulthood.

-Very nicely written with good imagery.
-There is good progression in the poem.
-It is always difficult for any new being to emerge but somehow they are ready. You get this across well.
-I like how you show the observations of this creature freeing itself to move on, especially in stanza five with the image of the armor.
-I like the image wings of gold.
-Like the butterfly, all creatures have to adapt to their circumstances.
