Seems to be the makings of a good novel. Will they attack the settlements or is it just talk. So many routes to go with this. I would be interested in seeing more if that is the case. You are off to a good start.

Black Hawk never did attack this settlement. The story will tell Asa's adventures chasing after him with the Illinois militia and Abraham Lincoln. Thank you for your kind comments.
