I'm really impressed by this amazing Petrachan sonnet.
A lovely presentation and image complements this beautiful poem which at first focuses on the beauty of the rose but then exposes a love so true.
I can offer only a virtual six but it is worthy for sure.

Thank you Shirley. I'll take a virtual. It's that part of the week.

Hi, Trescchel,
"Blest Beauty" is exceptional poetry and an excellent sonnet. It meets all of the requirements of the petarchan sonnet. It is almost a poetic tour de force.

Very nice poem. I like the least line the best.'Adoring notes, the best under the sun. Its precious you, Dear, for which my heart sings.' Nice job on the picture to go with this. Keep up the good work and thank you for the good read.

The beauty of the rose is ageless. I like how you eloquently describe the many hues of the rose. I love how you teach the type of poetry. It is helping me.

You humble me, oh master with your majestic structures. So much fantastic in formation in your notes. I did not know such structures existed. You astound me at the many.
However, my concern is the life, soul, and empathy for the subject in which you write....and may I say, you have captured that here .
A marvelous writing in ode to the rose, one of my favorite flower.
You managed to incorporate a little swashbuckling, Elizabethan touch to it in which I found charming.
You made it through with flying colours.
Very good write, Treschiel,
RG
