This is beautiful, too. I really enjoyed this, so worshipful. The photo is here but no music again. Your lyrics are the true meaning of Christmas, sweet and scriptural. Sending you my best today and Christmas blessings,

Geoff,
This is truly lovely. Probably one of my favorite hymns you have shared. I enjoyed every single word and appreciate the lovely spiritual message. Oh, my. If only people could return to the basics of life! Thanks!

AMEN Robyn. I regret now being profoundly deaf and not hearing these as I did for many years. The first 3 were written in the 70's when I worked at Mac Uni which I spoke about in my autobiography. The last written in 2002. Actually I might have the last in a different order on here I did not promote that one hope people will look at it too. "He Came To Die For You."

Great words in praising Jesus who was born for us to die for our sins. He asks us to praise Him, and that is the least we can do. Glory to God.

I like this one the most! I can imagine it sounds incredible with a pipe organ! I cannot articulate exactly why, but, to me, this one IS the best!
Blessings!

It is very pretty. I've not heard a tune like this before. It fits the words well and makes a very nice upbeat Christmas song. You are very talented.

Hi Beth glad you heard the music. I guess most of our inspiration comes from other music etc we have heard or in writing from what we have read. Thanks again. I entered my firs competition the other day a poem called My Missuss an ABAB format entry. Apologies if you saw it already.

There is always going to be a bit of similarity in all Christmas songs considering theme and spirit. But, this isn't close to that other piece. Wow. These are really professional quality my friend. They belong in a book along with the standards of the season. I love the wonderful nature of the praises and uplifting spirit of this piece. A real joyous song in the true spirit of Christmas. A great job. You have this display and color scheme mastered now I see. Looks beautiful. mikey

This is a very pretty hymn. I like how you expressed the theme, and kept it central to one idea. The piece has a nice flow.

It says that I need a plug-in to hear the music. Whatever that is. LOL
I like your words about the birth of Jesus. I especially like the chorus.
It doesn't sound at all to me like 'Gloria in Excelsis Deo'.
Nice rhyme and even rhythm in your verses.

This is lovely and tells of the most important event in history for if Jesus had not been born we would not have salvation. Great piece.
