Oh Goodness. What a different life you have led compared to mine. I feel bad news is coming though. It is heartening to know that you were both blissfully happy, in spite of weird neighbours etc. I have just posted an account of my first birth. It will be very different from yours.

I thought I answered this but I must not have hit save. Yes, my pregancy wan't like your, I did have about an eighteen hour labor but I was in my early twenties. Problems will arise but not right away. They will be covered in the chapter.

You might have noticed that I write non-fiction. This is the story of my life, and it is truthful to the point I would never put in a twist if there wasn't one. Since you won't be back, I'll tell you the baby I'm pregnant with will die from a DPT injection. How about that for a twist. I am ranked. At present number 10 as a novelist although there is no catagory for non-fiction. In 2020 I won a trophy for being number five. I have read some of your stuff, but I don't remember seeing your name among the ratings. I appreciate the five stars in spite of the fact you were disappointed.

This sounds like a true story. Every step is part of our daily life. People get married, start a family , move to a larger house, and fill the house with furniture. The last step is to wait for the arrival of the baby and fill the baby room with furniture and clothes.

It is a true story. Almost everything I write comes from my own life. This took place in 1961 in the deep south which account for why home prices were so low. Thank you so much for reviewing this.

Thank you so much for the review and comments and for being reviewer 26. Susan was born february 12 in 1961. Except for Susan, all my children has a 7 in their birthday. Carol was Feb 27, the twins Dec 17 and Connie June 7. House prices were much cheaper in the the South. We paid $12,500. with nothing down. I think the monthly payment was $84.00.

You were brave to take on a new puppy when you were pregnant with your first child, Beth. At least, I assume, it would have been house trained before the baby arrived. lol It did sound like everything was falling into place for you.
A couple of little spags: "when Evan hurled (with) the teddy bear at me and missed."
"With a Cocker Spaniel mother and Heinz 57 (cur) for a father, ..."

Thank you Sandra. This is part of an earlier book and some of the stories I've rewritten in the later one, where I have a conversation with my diseased husband. I'm much older in it, and have grown children, but I've missed writing in it lately, because of a wedding and a trip our of town. I hope to get back to it soon.
