Me sad!
I and my younger brother always wanted to have a pet dog.
Mom never allowed for she is allergic to them. Plus says to us 'you too suffice!'
I want so much to buy one now. A great poem!
They are so faithful, can risk their lives to save the master, love them unconditionally!

Thank you for your good wishes, and great review xx. I have often said that I wouldnt get another dog, as it is so painful when you lose them, but there are always so many waiting to be loved, I cant help myself xx

Your poem must be speaking of my dog! She is all those things and I don't know what I would do without her. You have a multiple of alliteration words, the rhyming couplets are strong and the flow is smooth. Well done and good luck in the contest....blessings, chey

I really enjoyed the alliteration used throughout this piece. Each time you used more, it never seemed to sound forced-the words just flowed from one stanza to the next.

I really liked this poem. Pets are wonderful creatures that are truly part of the family. I'd recommend only using commas when they're grammatically correct though. A comma signifies a pause in speech, so it messes up the flow of the poem if you put a pause where one isn't needed. Thanks for sharing.
