Hello, I liked this one too. I have just come home from some of that sweet peace, a lone writing holiday away from the fam, lol :) Loved it!!
So, I could relate on a personal level with this one. Peace is a very elusive state for some folks, isn't it?

Once again you've said a great deal in a very few lines. I found these lines very poignant;

Now, I am indeed more than humbled. For you to say that I am a true poet leaves me almost with no words, but will find them. As I have only just started to write, I really am deeply, deeply touched. 6teezkid, I need to start out by saying that most times repetition of words and phrases is overkill...this is not the case..for it drives home the importance of peace in not just one solitary life for sanity's sake, but the need for the world to be at peace..as a sweet nectar longed for.
of course with six children, I know too well the desire for downtime on a personal level.. your imagery is restful and inviting..thank you for sharing..jlsavell

I really appreciate your most generous review and your specific comments! I have wrestled with that repetition, but it just seemed to 'fit' that peaceful moment when I wrote it. Like, addressing it as a dear friend; or if by some slim chance that if I repeated it, perhaps it would stay. So, that's why it has been difficult for me to change it.
